A Chiss Renegade, Zilvad is used to having authority in his Homeworld, Csilla. However, he doesn't realize that things are different while in one of the Republic's systems. He used to be a Phalanxe for one of Csilla's ruling families, a great honor. But, then he had decided there really wasn't as much action as he'd like there to be... So, he pursued Coruscant where things are bound to happen. Ever since entering Coruscant he has been a ruffian, thinking himself better then those he bullies. It went too far when he bullied enough people to make an entire district fear and serve him... The Republic just recently chose to interfere realizing he could become an even greater threat in the future.
