Lunch in the darkness.

Artemis sat down at a table outside. He put his lunch tray down. It was a nice day, only problem with it that it always looked the same. Some other people were sitting and eat out side. Although they were talking to friends. Out of the years he had been here Artemis only made one friend. Last time he check she was away for whatever reasons. There have been rumors that she was now the dark apprentice. This made Artemis interested, he heard it off of some sith warriors. Most of the time they know about stuff like that. Artemis started to eat his lunch. Some type of bird was flying in the distance.

Darth Raze, had landed on Umbara. She had come back from Korriban, after learning her custom form. She had made it just in time for lunch. Although she wasn't really a Student anymore, she still wanted to eat lunch with her former peers, it gave her a sense of normalcy, out of all of the recent events. Making her way through the academy, with many bows and dark glares she got her lunch and went outside, looking for a friend of hers. Finally finding him, she sat down next to him and smiled. Hi, Artemis.

"Hey via!" said Artemis happily. "Hey is the rumors true?" Artemis couldn't wait to hear the answer. "Even if you are i'm going to train hard to keep up with you." said artemis. "Just because you gain a title doesn't mean i'm going to lose to you." Artemis paused for a bit. See via didn't have anything to eat Artemis offered some of his food. "Also if you want to spar at anytime just tell me." said Artemis. Artemis waited for via to answer.

She just laughed, as he acted like all of the others, asking about her position. Yes... I am the Apprentice to Our Master. She put on a smile, as she took a fruit from Artemis' lunch. She bit into it, as her face lit up at the taste. Looking at him a bit confusedly she addressed her confusion. I thought your brother would have told you.. he was there when it happened... She looked around, noticing that most of the female students seemed to be agitated at her, probably because she was on good terms with Artemis, who had a reputation with all of the girls as the one to be desired.

"My brother and i are not on the best of terms ever sense i took the code." said Artemis. "He's coming out in a few days to take me for a week or two to teach me my family's secret." Artemis paused. "The secret is only known by the head of house, which is my brother." said Artemis. "Richter believes that i should know it because i'm a sith. Every madalorian family has a secret." Artemis paused. "The secret can range form anything, even a force power." said Artemis bluntly. "The Tevan family is one of the oldest families, only the current madalore's family and one other family are as old as the Tevans." Artemis ignored the group of girls that where staring at him then at via. "I come here and it seems i had a fan club or something, that group has been following me non-stop." said Artemis. "Hell, i'm surprised they hadn't followed me into the restroom, they follow me everywhere else!"

Cool... Hope it's something that can give you the edge in our next duel, I'm not tying with you again.. She laughed a bit as she looked over at the group of girls. She decided to mess with them a little bit. She took a bite of her fruit again and rested her head on Artemis' shoulder, putting her arm around his other shoulder, and holding him tight. The Girls on the other side of the room, nearly exploded with rage, some of them even brandished weapons, but they wouldn't do anything, even if they did, they'd make great cannon fodder. Giggling a little she bit into her fruit again. Messing with Acolytes is kinda fun..

"Hey watch it i'm still one." said Artemis joining in on the act. "There some people on madalore who don't keep there mouth shut and tell there family's secret." Artemis paused. "This one person had a case of probably every lightsaber crystal. At least all the colors." Artemis looked over at the group of girls. "If you weren't the dark apprentice via i think they would of attacked." joked Artemis. "I can still call you via or do i have to call you by your darth name? Which reminds me what is it?"

She laughed a bit, at the Mandalorian with Lightsaber crystals. As far as secrets go, this wasn't to important to her but after all she wasn't a Mandalorian. Looking towards the girls once more, she blew them a kiss, sending them all into a fury. Turning back towards Artemis she addressed the rest of his comments. Well, Master says that Via Regalia is dead, and will never come back ad that I am Darth Raze, from now on, but... I won't have you executed for letting it slip every once in a while. Laughing she turned back towards the other girls who had gotten up and left, practically dragging one of their friends with them.

"I'll just called you Raze or via." said Artemis. Then became serious. "No matter what master says we're friend and you can rely on me for anything." Artemis smiled. "The one thing i did hear was that you had a sister." said Artemis. "Chances are master is going to have you kill her. If you have to let me do it for you, I don't want your sister's blood on your hands." Artemis paused. "On madalore having the blood of your family means your worse then scum." said Artemis. "I'll do it for you so you don't have to, a family member's blood is the last thing i wish on anyone." Artemis felt sorry that he had to tell her this but he didn't want his friend's hands covered in her sister's blood.

Thanks Artemis... but.. when the time comes... I'll probably just, Convert her... she'd be a powerful ally, if she was on the Dark side... If it comes down to it though... I might have to be worse than scum... She looked down at her fruit, for a moment. Taking a bite into it, she looked up at the sky, suddenly filled with rage, an unexplainable rage. She had to let it out somehow. She screamed into the sky. Releasing all of her shame and rage. It was a force scream, that made everyone in the academy, look up to the sky in fear. She finished about a minute later, dropping her head. She wanted to cry, but she couldn't.

"Via, no matter what I will not allow you to sink to a level below scum." said Artemis gritting his teeth. "What ever it takes i will not let you, even if it means beating you to the punch I will not let you kill your sister." Artemis stood up. "Peace is a lie cause me make it a lie." said Artemis. "I joined the sith to change the galaxy. Why did you join, via?"

Now that was a question. She had never questioned why she joined the Sith. It was just something she did as a frightened child. They were there for her, when she came in alone and scared of her own powers, but now that she had been apart of the empire for numerous years, she stops to think about it. Looking up at her friend, she just sighed and stood up with him, pulling him back into a seat. Honestly... I don't know, Artemis... I really don't know...

"I thought you were different." said Artemis not sitting down. "I could tell the why you fought you weren't like them." Artemis paused. "Your turning into a drone slowly. Like everyone else here." said Artemis. "My offer still stand because i'm your friend. Just don't expect me to help with anything major till you remember why you joined. Peace is a lie cause we make it a lie." Artemis started to walk away. He said that a little colder then he wanted but it was to late.

Via stared at Artemis as he walked away. Was she really losing her sense of purpose, in all of this? Looking down at the core of her fruit, she placed it on the table, and thought hard about joining. In all honesty, she joined the Sith out of a blind rage. She wanted revenge on those who had made her an outcast throughout her entire life.. she joined the Sith, to change the galaxy, to make it a better place for her people, and the only way to do that, was by taking it over. She had an answer for Artemis, but she'd give him some time to cool down, she didn't want to escalate things past the Point of no return.

Artemis walked into his dorm here. He had his handing in his pocket. The words he said to Via were buzzing through his head like annoying fly. Artemis was starting to wonder if went to hard on Via. She was his only friend in the whole sith and Artemis couldn't shake the feeling he messed it up. He sat on his be bed. Everything so far was moving by like a blur. Only thing he could remember clearly was fighting. Artemis guessed because it was what he was borne to do.

Leaving the Lunchroom, Via walked through the academy, looking for Artemis room. Eventually finding her way to the closed door, she stared at it for a moment, wanting to speak to Artemis but she didn't know what to say. There was only one thing she could do. Taking a deep breath she opened her mouth and screamed at the top of her lungs, breaking through the door and knocking it into the room. Stepping in she glared at Artemis. I have an answer for you... but you have to beat me in a duel first... I won't speak to a pitiful acolyte who can't beat me.. She tried to play her part as Dark apprentice, speaking to the Fighter in Artemis. He'd calm down in a fight, it was just the way he was.

Artemis looked at the door. "You know it was unlocked." said Artemis. Artemis smiled evilly. "Want a rematch?". Artemis stood up. "Meet me in the training area in an hour i'll set up." Artemis smiled and left. He walked down the hall to the training area.

Via grinned, she was reaching him. Turning around she took a deep breath and left the hallway, making her way towards the Training Area, this time it was gonna be even better...
