Width: The Starfighter is wide, only because of its Wings. The Wings of the Jedi Starfighter are as sharp as very long blades, and incredibly thin.

Height/Depth: The wings are absolutely flat, and sharp. While the center of the Starfighter, or, its Cockpit is thicker, alot taller as well, able to carry up to an 8ft long pilot and passenger.
